Delivery Costs

Free delivery in ROI and NI on all orders over €300. For orders less than minimum order value
– ROI & NI Ireland, €7.50 1st box, €6.00 per box for all additional boxes.

– In Ireland an additional courier collection fee of €10 is applied to orders where COD service is provided.

– UK, €20.00 1st box, €10.00 per box for all additional boxes.

– Europe, €25.00 1st box, €15.00 per box for all additional boxes.

– International, €30.00 1st box, €20.00 per box for all additional boxes.
(Based on 60x40x 40cms, up to 15kgs weight).

Delivery Times

For Stock Products we despatch within 2 days. For own design Product allow up to 3 weeks (Enquire with sales team for exact lead time)

– In ROI and NI for delivery allow 2-5 working days from despatch from our stores.

– To UK mainland for delivery allow 3-5 working days from despatch from our stores.

– To European mainland for delivery allow 4-5 working days from despatch from our stores. – For International deliveries allow up to 10 working days from despatch from our stores. 

Returns

We are committed to selling high-quality products meeting customer’s total satisfaction. However, we are aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase.

Lead Time

It can take up to 14 days for a return to us via An Post or alternatively call our help desk to make alternative arrangements. All returns should include order number and be addressed to;

For own design and customised products, other than products being faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
We regret we are unable to offer a free returns service for orders delivered outside of ROI & NI.
